You're mine now

I'm actually pretty late uploading this. I finished it the day before I left for Portugal. The guy who commissioned this didn't get my conformation note til a few days ago and I haven't gotten around to uploading it until now, the night before I leave.
Crap I should get to bed. It's nearly 1

Anywhooo~ this was commissioned by a while ago. One of the first commissions I received (in fact it WAS the first one.)
This is my rendition of a drawing he did for someone else. (Will add icon here tomorrow)
The naga is a miscellaneous character. I like how he turned out in the end. I experimented a LOT with the colours.
I adore how the night time effects came out.

the naga was just a random dude. like I said I messed with the colours for ages. it was hard to tell after the shading and even harder to tell after the night time effects are put on but his tail has sorta a blend to a pale colour at the end, which I thought looked really nice.
I love how the night time effects came out overall. I just intended on making the eyes glowing a bit and then I ended up going nuts cus it looked like the light from their eyes reflected around their faces, which I really liked.
I like how the poses came out, I've always been happy with the drawing. so I'm glad the colouring came out just as good. I love her expression and pose most of all... she looks weak and limp, completely dominated, yet the whole thing seems very intimate. and I like how close his face is to hears, how close his tongue is to her mouth, which is hanging open limply, she wouldn't be able to stop him from kissing her.

the grass and background came out pretty well too in my opinion. I made it so the entire background is there instead of what I usually do which is to just draw what is visible. so I can use the background for other pictures.
